Because all Zytan.ai products are delivered immediately as unencrypted, downloadable digital files (PDF manuals, Markdown prompts, rule templates, and CSV kits), all sales are final on instant digital downloads once the download link or files are delivered.
1. Instant Digital Delivery
Every product sold on https://zytan.ai is a non-tangible, irrevocable digital good. Immediately upon checkout completion, buyers receive direct access to download the full ZIP archive and individual typeset PDF files without DRM restrictions.
2. All Sales Are Final on Instant Digital Downloads
Because digital archives and PDF manuals cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final on instant digital downloads once the download link or files are delivered. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind or post-download preference.
To ensure you can inspect our exact quality before purchasing, we provide free, ungated sample PDFs for every product track in the Free Sample Vault on our storefront alongside expandable file manifests and verbatim prompt excerpts.
3. Guaranteed Technical Support & File Replacement
We stand behind the integrity of every file we ship. If you experience any of the following:
- An interrupted download, corrupted ZIP archive, or unreadable PDF file;
- A lost fulfillment link after completing Stripe checkout; or
- An accidental duplicate charge for the exact same product SKU,
please email [email protected] with your checkout email address or Stripe receipt. We will promptly re-send a fresh, verified download link or replace any corrupted or inaccessible file (and refund any verified accidental duplicate charge).
