1. Overview & Scope

Zytan.ai provides downloadable digital publications, including typeset PDF manuals, system prompt libraries, repository instruction templates (such as CLAUDE.md and .cursorrules), checklists, and go-to-market templates ("Digital Products").

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

Upon full payment of the applicable one-time fee, Zytan.ai grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable license to download, modify, and use the purchased Digital Products for your own personal or commercial workflows, software repositories, and internal business operations.

• Permitted: Integrating rule templates into your repositories, using prompts in your automated workflows, and adapting templates for your company's launches.
• Prohibited: Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, publicly mirroring, or publishing the raw PDFs, ZIP archives, or prompt catalogs as a standalone competing digital product or template library.

3. Payment, Instant Digital Delivery & All Sales Final Policy

All payments are processed securely in U.S. Dollars (USD) via Stripe. Upon completion of checkout, you receive immediate access to download your unencrypted ZIP archive and PDF files.

All Sales Are Final on Instant Digital Downloads: Because Digital Products are delivered immediately as downloadable, non-returnable files without DRM lock-in, all sales are final on instant digital downloads once the download link or files are delivered. No refunds, credits, or exchanges are provided for change of mind after delivery. If you experience a technical delivery issue or receive a corrupted or inaccessible file, please contact [email protected] and we will promptly replace or re-send your files. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Digital Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Large language models and third-party developer tools behave probabilistically; you are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code, prompt output, or business material prior to production use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zypher Systems LLC and Zytan.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Digital Products, and our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Digital Product.
